You will organize QA triage, establish automated coverage, and drive improvements in the test strategy, release processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in software engineering with 2–4 years of QA/SW toolchain/SW security experience.
• Proven leadership in software quality implementation and QA coverage.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and issue resolution in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Organize triage and resolution of SAST issues, aligning with sprint QA and release QA.
• Organize triage and resolution of threat modelling issues for continuous improvement.
• Identify EU CRA compliance components and ensure secure development and deployment practices.
• Improve QA processes and expand automated test coverage across the codebase.
• Triage, run, and analyze nightly regression test beds; assess coverage gaps and implement improvements.
