DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Global-Remote-Non.US)

Token Metrics is seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage our company's IT infrastructure. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers. Candidates should possess extensive experience in administration, including system administration for cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS and knowledge of multi-cloud environments), process automation, site reliability, and performance optimization of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a cloud system admin (AWS, Google Cloud, and knowledge of multi-cloud infrastructure).
  • Monitor and maintain networks and servers.
  • Create and automate alerting and monitoring system logs.
  • Build tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery.
  • Troubleshoot support escalation requests.
  • Upgrade, install, and configure hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent threats.
  • Create user accounts and manage access control.
  • Perform diagnostics and debugging to optimize systems.
  • Document processes, back up, and archive data.
  • Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
  • Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing support as needed.
  • Stay updated with IT best practices and advancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
