B4Corp seeks a Systems Engineer (DevOps Lead) in Bethesda, MD, requiring TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. You will shape and implement a secure, scalable continuous delivery pipeline for mission systems software products, coordinating across development and operations teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years in an operational environment, 5+ years in Agile, and 8+ years IT with DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, or related technical field.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in an operational environment responsible for development and maintenance of large-scale enterprise applications.
• A minimum of five years of experience utilizing Agile software development methods.
• A minimum of eight years of IT experience including at least five years of software-related DevOps experience.
• Desirable: experience with a range of DevOps tools and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding.
• Evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability, and total value.
• Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and interface definition.
• Apply fundamental concepts and procedures on technical assignments; work with minimal supervision.
