Guild Mortgage Company seeks a Manager of DevOps to lead a team of DevOps engineers, drive CI/CD practices, IaC adoption, and secure, scalable software delivery. You will partner across Software Engineering, SRE, and DataOps to align priorities and ensure delivery of enterprise initiatives.

The role emphasizes people leadership, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate transformation and improve operational excellence within a large mortgage technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in DevOps, cloud/ platform engineering, SRE, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience directly managing and developing technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day people leadership for a DevOps engineering team.
• Lead CI/CD, IaC, deployment automation, and environment governance.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, SRE, DataOps, and Security teams to align priorities.
