Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer to develop, manage, and secure container platforms using advanced cloud technologies. You will focus on optimizing deployments, networking, and storage for mission-critical client environments.

In this role, you’ll influence strategy, ensure standards, and strengthen container security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient cloud platforms.

Qualifications

As a DevOps engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to develop container management sof t war e to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.
As a senior platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-for war d change. On our team, you’ll hone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment with current container sof t war e to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform experience , you’ll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.

You’ll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you’ll continue to strengthen your DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.

You Have:

5+ years of experience working with deploying cloud resources on AWS

Experience with containerization, building images, and orchestrating deployments on Kubernetes

Experience with infrastructure-as-code deployments

Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, and storage solutions

Knowledge of container security technologies, and evaluating and mitigating or resolving vulnerability findings

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISSP, or GSEC Certification within 4 months of
