Job summary

Artha Nexgen is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments for mission-critical modeling and simulation systems.

You will automate infrastructure deployment, integrate automated testing and security tools, and collaborate with development and test teams to enhance build, integration, and deployment processes in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of related experience, or higher degrees with reduced experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frequent, automated software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure deployment, scaling, and management using scripting and configuration tools.
• Implement and manage containerization with Docker/Podman; configure rootless vs rootful modes as needed.
• Deploy applications in containerized environments ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate with development and test teams to improve build, integration, and deployment processes.
• Integrate automated testing and security tools into CI/CD pipelines (static analysis, code quality, coverage).
• Maintain automated software testing workflows including unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
• Monitor pipeline and system performance; identify bottlenecks and improve reliability.
• Administer Unix/Linux systems and production-like environments; troubleshoot and tune performance.
• Work with credential management solutions to securely handle non-interactive access.
• Collaborate with threat modeling and simulation teams to support modeling activities.
• Support sustainment of the software baseline to keep pipelines current and secure.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
