Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and security-focused DevOps Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating IAM practices into our DevOps pipelines, ensuring secure access control, and supporting our infrastructure automation and CI/CD systems. This is a hands-on role requiring both DevOps engineering skills and deep understanding of identity management tools, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
  • Strong experience with AWS IAM, AWS Cognito, and Identity Center (AWS SSO).
  • Solid understanding of security principles, including least privilege and zero trust architecture.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
  • Experience with authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or AWS CLI.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Amazon EKS, or ECS).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
