Wesoftyou, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a part-time, remote role (~60 hours/month). You will own cloud infrastructure on Azure, write Python automation, and drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and security across environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DevOps experience, strong Azure skills, and a focus on scalable, secure cloud-native architectures. This remote engagement requires independent work and tight time management.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Strong Linux administration skills — comfortable in the terminal and confident in production systems.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, or similar).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals — VPC, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security groups.
• Experience implementing cloud security best practices — IAM, secrets management, network segmentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively within a part-time engagement.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English — clear written and spoken communication.

About the Role: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a part-time, hourly-based engagement (~60 hours per month), fully remote. You'll take ownership of cloud infrastructure on Azure, working closely with software engineers and architects to design reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions. The role requires someone who can operate independently, prioritize effectively within a limited time budget, and deliver high-impact infrastructure improvements without hand-holding.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management, deployments, and operational workflows
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable software delivery
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent)

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
