Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph and be a U.S. citizen, with a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in software development/engineering.

Captivation Software has an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer to support modernization effort to converge the agency’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools. Responsibilities will include: deploying applications; installing and configuring complex software; managing network servers and technology tools; monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance; and troubleshooting issues and outages.
Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly 1 week out of every 3-4 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. On average, the first team is paged for after-hours support approximately once every couple of months with most issues resolvable by phone.
