Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a senior Cloud Architect with extensive DevOps and cloud technology experience to lead modernization efforts in a Minneapolis, MN setting. The role emphasizes building scalable architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and driving GitOps practices using Argo CD and Helm.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, databases), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Platform Engineering, and Solution Architecting.
• Experience leading Cloud Migrations and modernization concepts.
• Working experience in CICD platforms and methodology: Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, ADO, Harness.
• Experience in GitOps based deployment using Argo CD, Helm.
• Experience in container orchestration for Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in building, managing, deploying and automating architectures using technologies such as Ansible.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Shell or Python.
• Experience with SDLC process and integration with DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, SCA, SAST, DAST, Twistlock.
• Working knowledge on Windows, Linux servers & DB's.
• Strong Experience with AWS including extensive experience in Amazon EC2 instances, EKS, VPC, DB's.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and container orchestration tools - ECS, EKS, AKS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and tooling (Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, ADO, Harness).
• Implement GitOps deployments using Argo CD and Helm.
• Manage container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and automate architectures using Ansible; write scripts in PowerShell/Python/Shell.
• Integrate SDLC with DevSecOps tools (SonarQube, SCA, SAST, DAST, Twistlock).
• Work across Windows and Linux servers and databases; optimize AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC).
• Utilize infrastructure automation and multi-cluster orchestration (ECS, EKS, AKS).

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
