Job Description

A DevOps & SRE Engineer bridges development, operations, and reliability engineering by automating deployments, managing AWS cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high availability, performance, and system resilience.

• Focus on automation, CI/CD, and cloud operations (DevOps)
• Focus on reliability, monitoring, and incident management (SRE)

Key Responsibilities

1. DevOps Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelinesfor faster and reliable deployments [expertia.ai]
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)using Terraform/CloudFormation
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Manage version control (Git)and release workflows
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for seamless releases

2. SRE Responsibilities

• Ensure system reliability, availability, and scalability
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets [devopsschool.com]
• Perform incident management, RCA, and postmortems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort (toil)

3. AWS Cloud Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimise AWS services such as:
  • EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS/ECS
• Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and high availability architectures [builder.aws.com]
• Configure security (IAM, policies, encryption)
• Manage cloud cost optimisation and performance tuning

Mandatory Skills: DevOps.Experience: 3-5 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
