Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our ICAM team to build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that enable development teams to deliver reliable software efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, containerization, monitoring, and automation, and is comfortable working alongside system engineers, software engineers, and security

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in DevOps or systems engineering roles.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 15 years total experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure and deployment tooling.
• Own DevOps initiatives from implementation to production support.
• Collaborate with software, system, and security teams to ensure reliability.
