Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI & Engineering/EaaS DevOps Engineer III to design, implement, and support DevOps pipelines, automate infrastructure, and drive CI/CD across client environments.

You will collaborate with client and Deloitte teams to assess current processes, define target-state models, and build cloud infrastructure with IaC. Strong experience with Docker/Kubernetes and major cloud platforms is required; travel up to 50% and client-facing delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience with DevOps engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure automation.
• 6+ years of experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 4+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• 4+ years using infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• 4+ years with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Travel up to 50% on average; legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferred: DevSecOps, scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell), monitoring tools, client-facing delivery.

Work you'll do

• Designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices across client environments
• Collaborating with client and Deloitte teams to assess current-state engineering processes and define target-state DevOps operating models, tooling, and workflows
• Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, platform services, and deployment automation using infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
• Monitoring application and platform performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to reliability, scalability, security, and release quality
• Contributing to project deliverables, technical documentation, environment standards, and implementation plans while supporting client-facing discussions and delivery milestones

  Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience with DevOps engineering, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure automation
• 6+ years of experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
• 4+ years of experience using infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager
• 4+ years of experience with container platforms and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience supporting DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and policy enforcement in deployment pipelines
• 4+ years of experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• 4+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
• 4+ years of experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
• Experience supporting Agile delivery models and cross-functional product or engineering teams
• Experience with release management, environment strategy, and production support processes

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
