Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a DevOps Engineer III to join our collaborative engineering team. You will drive delivery of DevOps initiatives, work across Linux/Windows, and support CI/CD automation in a modern microservices environment using .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures, container orchestration, and scalable performance optimization, and thrives in an agile shop that values code quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/Linux and Bash/PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Azure infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Networking and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• CI/CD tooling experience (GitHub Actions preferred).
• PowerShell or C# scripting experience.
• Strong collaboration in Agile teams.

About This Opportunity

InComm Digital Solutions/InComm InCentives would like to add a DevOps Engineer III to our team. We're looking for innovative DevOps professionals who can work well within a highly collaborative, agile team to grow our DevOps initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to help drive delivery of our DevOps as a senior member of an established engineering team.The ideal developer for this position will have a wide breadth of experience in Systems, Networking, Cert Management, CI/CD, Azure, Containerization, Kubernetes, and background in the .NET environment. We are a modern Agile shop working on microservice-based architecture, REST API development in C#, SQL Server, with mature CI/CD and heavy test automation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly working cross team to implement Devops and architectural initiatives.
• Working with Linux/Windows/Networking/Containers and Kubernetes orchestrations.
• Automation across our development teams including CI/CD and tooling.
• Working with our product organization to understand business requirements and objectives
• Contributing to overall system architecture strategy and design
• Leading by example and setting a high standard for code quality
• Performing code and design reviews
• Motivating an agile team and fostering collaboration and innovation across our development organization

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/Linux and both Bash and PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure
• Experience with Kubernetes and helm charts/yaml
• Experience with Networking technologies and infrastructure as code
• Experience working with CI/CD such as GitHub Actions(preferred)/Octo/Team City and contributing to deploy tooling.
• Experience in a programming/Scripting Language (PowerShell or C#)
• Experience correcting performance bottlenecks and scaling a platform in a growing business
• Willingness to dive into any challenge with a positive attitude; be a go-to resource for team members who need help
• Works well in both team and individual development environments
• Experience contributing to and iterating on Agile processes
