Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a DevOps Engineer III in Georgia to advance our deployment pipelines and platform reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps and architectural initiatives, manage Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, and cloud tooling, and drive automation across development squads.

You’ll contribute to architecture strategy, perform code/design reviews, and mentor teams toward high-quality, scalable solutions within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux environments and scripting for automation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and tooling in a growing team.
• Willingness to tackle challenges and mentor others in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Regularly working cross team to implement Devops and architectural initiatives.
• Working with Linux/Windows/Networking/Containers and Kubernetes orchestrations.
• Automation across our development teams including CI/CD and tooling.
• Working with our product organization to understand business requirements and objectives
• Contributing to overall system architecture strategy and design
• Leading by example and setting a high standard for code quality
• Performing code and design reviews
• Motivating an agile team and fostering collaboration and innovation across our development organization

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/Linux and both Bash and PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure
• Experience with Kubernetes and helm charts/yaml
• Experience with Networking technologies and infrastructure as code
• Experience working with CI/CD such as GitHub Actions(preferred)/Octo/Team City and contributing to deploy tooling.
• Experience in a programming/Scripting Language (PowerShell or C#)
• Experience correcting performance bottlenecks and scaling a platform in a growing business
• Willingness to dive into any challenge with a positive attitude; be a go-to resource for team members who need help
• Works well in both team and individual development environments
• Experience contributing to and iterating on Agile processes
