What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations on cloud infrastructure and application deployments
- Maintain existing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Triage and help remediate production infrastructure and application issues as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation as a point of escalation for the Cloud Operations team
- Design, develop, and debug build and deployment automation solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
- One or more years of experience on a major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and command-line tools
- Familiarity with common Linux/Windows commands and concepts
- Some knowledge of containerization and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools/services (e.g., New Relic, Sumo Logic)
- Exposure to Agile and Lean software development principles
- Elementary knowledge of configuration management and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Packer)
- Previous experience in an engineering/development role
