Job summary

Wisebits ищет опытного DevOps-инженера для поддержки и масштабирования инфраструктуры в Kubernetes, Linux и CI/CD процессах. Вы будете внедрять современные решения, обеспечивать безотказную работу сервисов и участвовать в релизах.

Основные задачи: автоматизация с помощью IaC, настройка мониторинга (Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics) и логов, администрирование баз данных PostgreSQL/Elasticsearch, работа с Helm и Baremetal Kubernetes, а также устранение инцидентов и анализ причин с командами разработки.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта DevOps-инженером.
• Сильный опыт эксплуатации Kubernetes в продакшене.
• Администрирование Linux (Ubuntu) и сетевые основы.
• Опыт построения и поддержки CI/CD, включая GitLab.
• Опыт автоматизации инфраструктуры с Ansible.
• Сильные навыки Bash-скриптинга.

Responsibilities

• Автоматизация, поддержка и улучшение инфраструктуры для приложений в Kubernetes.
• Поддержка и эксплуатация компонентов Kubernetes и инфраструктурных сервисов в продакшн.
• Разработка и поддержка CI/CD пайплайнов, участие в релизах, повышение надежности доставки ПО.
• Настройка и поддержка мониторинга, логирования и оповещений.
• Поддержка и администрирование баз данных и систем хранения.
• Автоматизация повседневных задач с помощью скриптов и IaC.
• Устранение инцидентов, восстановление доступности сервиса и минимизация влияния на пользователей.
• Анализ корневых причин инцидентов и профилактика совместно с командами разработки.

Задачи

• Automate, maintain, and improve infrastructure for applications running in Kubernetes
• Support and operate Kubernetes system components and infrastructure services in production environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, participate in release processes, and improve software delivery reliability
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Support and operate databases and storage systems
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripts and Infrastructure as Code approaches
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and production incidents, restore service availability, and minimize user impact
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents, collaborate with development teams to eliminate underlying issues, and implement preventive measures

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience operating and administering Kubernetes ecosystems in production environments
• Solid understanding of Linux (Ubuntu) administration and networking fundamentals
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD processes, including GitLab
• Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible
• Strong scripting skills in Bash
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, including Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics and VictoriaLogs
• Experience supporting and administering PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch
• Experience building applications from source code
• Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts
• Experience working with Baremetal Kubernetes clusters
• Nice to have: experience with Ceph, including replicated and erasure-coded pools, CephFS, RBD, and RGW; experience with Werf; experience operating high-load, large-scale production systems; experience with infrastructure automation using Python; experience working with systemd; experience building and deploying applications based on Yii, Node.js, and Go.
