Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Google CXAS deployments. You will automate GCP infrastructure with Terraform, manage GKE and IAM, and collaborate with development and QA teams to plan releases across environments.

The role requires 6+ years in DevOps or SRE, hands-on CI/CD and GCP experience, and knowledge of blue/green or canary deployment strategies. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering roles
• 2+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that deploy and version Google CXAS resources.
• Automate provisioning of GCP infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
• Work with developers and deployment teams to plan and execute releases across environments.
• Write and maintain automated deployment scripts and rollout strategies.
• Configure monitoring and alerting for CI/CD pipelines and production systems.
• Support integration between Kore.ai IVR and Google CXAS platforms.
• Collaborate with security to enforce least-privilege access and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Serve as a point of contact for production support and maintain runbooks.
• Maintain clear documentation for pipeline architecture and procedures.
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and on-call rotation.
