Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a DevOps Engineer for Embedded Software to join a fast-growing team focused on video collaboration experiences used daily by thousands of people. You will work with firmware, software, and QA to implement robust CI pipelines, automate tests, and coordinate releases across embedded C/C++ components.

You will participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and Jira backlog grooming, driving standardization of build processes and improving development velocity across multiple

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with embedded systems development.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash, and C/C++ development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI and release build processes from component to product level.
• Develop and maintain CI-hosted automated verification and validation (V&V) testing methods.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, QA, and product teams to define CI and release process requirements.
• Review and merge pull requests related to build scripts and automation tooling.
• Coordinate release candidates for embedded C/C++ components.

You will be part of a team of developers and ML researchers focused on making video collaboration an amazing experience and the software you create will be used by thousands of people every day

Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Build Management
• Design, build, and maintain CI and release build processes from component toproduct level
• Develop and maintain CI-hosted automated verification and validation (V&V)testing methods for domain-specific quality checks
• Collaborate with component and product-level domain experts to ensure releasebuild processes remain effective and quality monitoring stays robust
• Everyday Tasks
• Build & Pipeline Development
• Implement and deploy CI systems and build pipelines across the audioorganization
• Update and maintain build definitions as new components or product variants areintroduced
• Review and merge pull requests related to build scripts, CI configurations, andautomation tooling
• Testing & Release Management
• Implement automated audio- and code-domain CI test methods using C/C++, Bash, and Python
• Write audio domain test cases in C/C++, Bash, and Python
• Tag, package, and coordinate release candidates for embedded C/C++components
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Partner with firmware, software, QA, and product teams to jointly define CI and release process requirements
• Gather stakeholder input to ensure build/release workflows align with each team's development practices
• Act as a liaison between DevOps and embedded development teams, translating release goals into concrete pipeline configurations
• Facilitate alignment on branching strategies, versioning conventions, and release cadences across components and products
