Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer (NJ) to join its Pennington, NJ team. The role focuses on configuring, deploying, and upgrading infrastructure and applications to ensure reliable operations across Linux and Windows platforms.

You will build and optimize distributed systems, implement CI/CD pipelines, and identify automation opportunities to improve deployment efficiency. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of DevOps or sysadmin experience, strong Windows IIS and RHEL

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Strong expertise in Windows IIS and RHEL.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as XLRelease, Ansible, Harness, and GitHub.
Experience building high availability and disaster recovery for Linux/Windows infrastructure.
Scripting with PowerShell and Unix shell.

Responsibilities

Configure, update, and deploy applications and infrastructure upgrades to ensure seamless operations.
Manage and optimize highly available distributed systems across Linux and Windows environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like XLRelease, Ansible, Harness, and GitHub.
Identify opportunities for automation to enhance deployment efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues promptly.
