You will own day-to-day responsibilities, translate priorities into plans, build lightweight, repeatable processes, and collaborate to deliver complete outcomes while maintaining documentation and security.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in reliable infrastructure, cloud operations, access controls, automation, monitoring, support, and resilience.
• Ability to own and communicate tradeoffs, and operate with autonomy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Comfort organizing ambiguous work and documenting decisions.
• Experience contributing to early-stage infrastructure and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day work across infrastructure, cloud operations, access controls, automation, monitoring, support, and resilience.
• Translate priorities into documented plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Build lightweight, repeatable processes suitable for an early-stage company and mature over time.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve dependencies and deliver complete outcomes.
• Identify risks early and escalate when needed with proportionate solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for company, customer, and employee information.
• Use evidence and feedback to improve quality, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
• Communicate progress, constraints, priorities, and results clearly to teammates.
