Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Global Technology team to support multiple client systems. The role requires excellent communication, strong professionalism, and fluency in English.

The position is in-office five days a week with a commute to Midtown Manhattan. You will drive automated CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, and lead on-call production issue response within a fast-paced services environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with designing and implementing fully automated CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of automated/continuous build, deploy and release processes using CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Nexus/Artifactory.
• Design and drive the implementation of fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the monitoring, debugging, and enhancing pipelines for optimal operation and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Responsible for escalation management of production issues.
• Lead the definition and measurement of KPIs for operational excellence.
• Write load tests for services and run them regularly.
• Automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, or equivalents.
• Provide quick, reliable script results and dashboard reports.
• Lead setup of development, staging, demo, and production environments.
• Automate testing procedures and recurring tasks where possible.
• Maintain deployment pipelines for infrastructure as code.
