Job summary

Bullhorn is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable release pipelines. You will automate the software delivery lifecycle, containerize environments, and partner with engineering to remove toil and speed up releases.

You will own CI/CD tooling, implement GitOps with ArgoCD, and elevate deployment reliability across US/UK time zones. Strong scripting in Python/Bash and cloud experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins).
• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Scripting in Python and Bash.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD/Ansible or similar.
• Ability to work across time zones and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining deploy and release pipelines, and the automation that reduces manual intervention during releases.
• Advancing our CI/CD GitOps process: authoring reusable GitLab CI templates, Helm charts, and ArgoCD applications so teams can self‑serve their own build and deploy pipelines.
• Containerizing and modernizing our QA and lower environments (Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible) to production parity.
• Modernizing build tools across the org to use the latest technology across teams.
• Troubleshooting deployment and infrastructure issues and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems.
