WalkMe, an SAP company, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team in the Raleigh area. You will help build the runtime engine and drive reliable experiences for hundreds of millions of users.

This role emphasizes deployment automation, observability, and security. US citizenship is required for federal support, and occasional Sunday work may be required with an alternate day off in the same week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
• Proven software development experience in startups or tech firms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing deployment pipelines for smooth releases.
• Help implement and maintain observability to monitor performance.
• Support local development environments to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure with requirements.
• Contribute to security of infrastructure through proactive measures.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and app issues to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve scalability and security.
