Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a client team. You will lead migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and work with Groovy/Bash libraries, Jenkinsfiles, and automation scripts.

The role requires strong GitHub Actions experience, AWS IAM/IRSA for EKS, and scripting in Python/Bash/Groovy. Collaboration with development teams to enhance security and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Proven Jenkins experience with shared libraries, Groovy, Bash, credentials, and Jenkinsfiles.
• Strong GitHub Actions experience with shared workflows, runners, secrets, and authentication.
• Experience with AWS IAM roles, IRSA for EKS, STS, and SSH configuration.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash and Groovy; hands-on with Python and Ansible.
• Experience with large-scale CI/CD migration projects.
• Ability to work on complex, high-effort projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements Essential Skills & Experience:

4+ years of experience as DevOps.

Proven experience with Jenkins (shared libraries, Groovy, Bash, Jenkins credentials, Jenkinsfiles).

Strong hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions (shared workflows, runners, secrets, and authentication).

Experience with AWS IAM roles, IRSA for EKS, STS, and SSH configuration.

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash and Groovy.

Python and Ansible hands on experience

Experience with large-scale CI/CD migration projects.

Ability to work in complex, high-effort projects under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Terraform (not required for this role but a plus).

Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS).
