Base-2 Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the modernization and deployment of a critical government information system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Nexus Repository management, and building and maintaining Apache Solr clusters with ZooKeeper in production environments.

The role requires strong Windows Server administration, AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3) and infrastructure-as-code practices, with migration planning from on-prem

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience with GitLab CI/CD, Nexus, and Solr in production.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform).
• Experience with IaC and security controls in on-prem VMware and cloud.

Responsibilities

Position Summary
