Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a DevOps Engineer to support modernization and deployment of a critical government information system in Annapolis, MD. The role emphasizes hands-on GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Nexus repository management, and building Solr clusters with ZooKeeper in production.

You will automate deployments across development, staging, and production, manage Terraform/CloudFormation IaC, and plan migrations from on-prem VMware to AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Nexus Repository management.
• Experience building/maintaining Apache Solr clusters with ZooKeeper in production.
• Strong Windows Server administration and AWS cloud services expertise.
