Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a Systems/DevOps Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-based development ecosystem. You will administer Azure DevOps environments, support build and release processes, and lead the migration of CI/CD workflows to GitHub.

Ideally you will bring hands-on experience with GitHub, Git, PowerShell, Bash or Python, IaC, and containerization basics (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps and GitHub environments.
• Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Job Description: We are seeking a Systems/DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our cloud-based development and deployment ecosystem. This role will focus on designing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, supporting build and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application delivery.
• Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, including repositories, pipelines, and build processes.
• Support application build, deployment, and release management activities across multiple environments.
• Lead and support migration efforts from Azure DevOps to GitHub, including repository and pipeline modernization.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes to improve reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement DevOps best practices.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and deployment efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline development, and release management.
• Strong understanding of build and deployment automation practices.
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with source control platforms such as GitHub and Git.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern platform engineering concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating CI/CD processes from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
