Job summary

Productiv is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to help shape the deployment backbone of a distributed AWS microservices platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, Tech Leads, and our DevOps squad to build automation, infrastructure, and tooling that make shipping software fast, safe, and painless.

You’ll design and scale CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, coordinate releases, and build observability tooling to support incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE running production microservices on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid CI/CD experience (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
• Comfort with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with observability tooling (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
