DWP Digital in Leeds is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud-native AWS platforms, shape engineering practices, and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, implement Infrastructure as Code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable services in a hybrid working model.

In this role, you and your teams will help shape and support modern cloud platforms by designing, building and improving secure, scalable and resilient AWS solutions. Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll drive automation, enhance CI/CD pipelines and use Infrastructure as Code to enable the delivery of reliable digital services.

You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, champion engineering best practices and support a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and operational excellence, while mentoring other engineers and helping evolve our DevOps capabilities.
