Job summary

Responsibilities include managing Artifactory and X-Ray, building CI/CD automation, and enabling feature flagging with LaunchDarkly while integrating GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow for seamless change management.

Qualifications

• Experience with JFrog Enterprise and X-Ray for security and compliance.
• Ability to build and monitor DORA metrics dashboards with BI tools.
• Strong GitHub Enterprise knowledge and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Familiarity with full-stack application support and templates.
• Experience linking toolchains via APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency with feature flagging and progressive delivery (LaunchDarkly).
• Agile experience in Scrum or Kanban environments.

Mandatory Skills:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer to join our engineering team. You will bridge the gap between software development and operations. Your primary focus will be designing automated, secure, and reusable developer workflows. You will optimize our software delivery lifecycle using data-driven DORA metrics

Key Responsibilities

Artifact & Security Management

• o Manage and scale enterprise‑grade JFrog Artifactory clusters.
• o Configure JFrog X‑Ray to automate security scanning and license compliance.
• o Build automated vulnerability remediation workflows within the CI/CD pipeline.

Engineering Productivity & Metrics

• o Implement and maintain data pipelines using tools like Jellyfish or Apache DevLake.
• o Track, analyze, and improve DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, MTTR, Change Failure Rate).
• o Provide actionable insights to leadership to eliminate engineering bottlenecks.

GitHub & Software Templates

• o Architecture enterprise GitHub organization structures, branch policies, and access controls.
• o Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows and custom software development templates.
• o Standardize boilerplate code to accelerate onboarding for full-stack applications.

Ecosystem Integration & Feature Flagging

• o Connect GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow to create seamless, automated change‑management workflows.
• o Implement and champion progressive delivery using LaunchDarkly for feature flagging.
• o Enable developer self‑service capabilities for infrastructure and application provisioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• DevOps & Security: 4+ years of deep technical experience with JFrog Enterprise and X‑Ray.
• Value Stream Management: Proven experience building DORA metrics dashboards via Jellyfish, DevLake, or similar business intelligence tools.
• GitHub Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of GitHub Enterprise, environment management, and complex CI/CD pipeline creation.
• Full-Stack Development Context: Strong understanding of full‑stack application architecture to better support front‑end and back‑end engineering teams.
• Integration Expertise: Hands‑on experience writing scripts or using webhooks to link toolchains (GitHub API, Jira Cloud, ServiceNow ITSM).
• Feature Management: Experience with runtime configuration or decoupling deployments from releases using LaunchDarkly.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in mature Scrum/Kanban environments with a strong focus on continuous iterative improvement.
