Job summary

EasySend in the United States is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to elevate deployment and monitoring, shaping the reliability and velocity of our no-code platform.

You will mentor engineers, design cloud architectures, implement AI-assisted workflows, and build observability with Grafana and Prometheus, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps roles.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and EKS.
• Kubernetes expertise.

Job description

EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimizing digital customer journeys, transforming paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into opportunities for customer engagement and business growth.

We're looking for a senior DevOps Engineer to take our deployment and monitoring processes to the next level. This Position makes a significant impact on our product's agility and quality. You'll join a talented engineering team and a fun, collaborative atmosphere focused on achieving big things together.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the technology currently used across the company and develop processes and practices to improve and expand it
• Help other engineers build practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and present them to the team
• Work closely with engineering teams to define cloud architectures and software infrastructure needed for projects
• Build and maintain world-class monitoring tools for our server environments (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Implement and integrate AI tools across development, build, testing, and monitoring workflows - for example, AI agents to automate DevOps tasks, AI-based coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven tools for anomaly detection and log analysis
• Mentor and train other engineers across the company, and continuously improve company-wide processes
• Work together with project management teams to track progress and implementation of initiatives
• Document processes and procedures related to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, and keep this documentation regularly updated

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, EKS)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Hashicorp Terraform (or a similar tool)
• Experience building and maintaining world-class monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Programming languages: Python (required), Bash (required)
• SQL/NoSQL databases: MySQL (required)
• CI/CD tools: CircleCI (required), Jenkins (required), ArgoCD (required)
• Experience working with AI tools to streamline development and operations workflows (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude for writing scripts and documentation, AIOps tools for monitoring and incident detection) - a significant advantage
• Current understanding of best practices in system security
• Experience collaborating with teams across departments to drive orderly execution of a project plan
• Professional experience in team building and project organization

Nice to Have

• Experience with S3, Redis, and Snowflake

• Prior experience integrating AI tools and LLM-based automation agents into deployment and monitoring workflows
• Background establishing or leading a DevOps team or function from scratch
