- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, scaling, and ensuring best practices for security and reliability.
- Maintain ArgoCD for GitOps‑based delivery workflows.
- Maintain observability stack (logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing) to ensure system health and performance.
- Enforce operational standards, infrastructure‑as‑code practices, and environment consistency.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability by implementing automation and reducing manual overhead.
- Collaborate with developers to improve deployment processes, debug production issues, and optimize services for performance.
- Manage and optimize containerization workflow.
- Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, secrets, and data handling.
- Act as the single DevOps point of contact, taking ownership of uptime, resilience, and release quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role in cloud‑native environments.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, including resource configuration, scaling strategies, networking, and security.
- Solid hands‑on experience with GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC, etc.) and other on‑prem infrastructure.
- Proven expertise with GitLab CI/CD and automation of build/test/deploy processes.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application lifecycles.
- Practical knowledge of ArgoCD or other GitOps frameworks.
- Experience implementing and managing observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IaC (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
- Good knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, ingress, service meshes).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across distributed systems.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and reliability – comfortable being the primary DevOps function for the team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers in a fast‑paced environment.
Conditions
- An exciting, challenging job and talented people around!
- You will enjoy working with a Hi‑Tech resident company.
- Opportunity to influence the technical vision of the product, participate in architectural decisions, and shape development processes.
- English courses in the office.
- 5 sick leave days without medical certificate.
- Flexible schedule and hybrid work format (partially in the office, partially remote).
- Corporate and social events, pleasant surprises from the company.
