Actalent is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. The role focuses on building, improving, and maintaining the release environment and tools for embedded and application software. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, quality, and security across the software lifecycle.

The position is contract-to-hire, onsite, with a pay rate of $60–$70 per hour, and benefits eligibility. Prior experience in the medical device space is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DevOps or Release Engineering.
• 2 years of experience with Windows or Linux server administration.
• Experience with DevOps tools or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting teams developing embedded software, particularly in the medical device industry.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines, and work management.
• Familiarity with Jira for agile project and sprint management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
