Job summary

Socialpoost is seeking a seasoned backend engineer in Newark, New Jersey to build scalable services using Python or Node, and to design distributed systems with a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

You will implement serverless architectures on AWS and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Solidity exposure is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend development and distributed systems.
• Experience designing serverless architectures on AWS.
• Familiarity with Python or Node.js.
• Knowledge of Solidity smart contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services balancing simplicity, security, and performance.
• Design and operate distributed systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to align requirements and governance.
