Job summary

Wall Street Consulting Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps professional in New York to lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to system architecture, patterns, reliability, and scaling while upholding strong DevSecOps security practices.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and container technologies is required, with proficiency in Python or Java and related

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry work experience.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of design, implementation and running of enterprise software solutions involving cross functional team collaboration.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems.
• Security fundamentals with relation to a k8s platform and DevSecOps a must.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• 7+ years of relevant industry work experience
• Experience of the full lifecycle of design, implementation and running of enterprise software solutions involving cross functional team collaboration
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems
• Experience of k8s and container technologies such as Docker, Podman and Openshift
• Experience of security fundamentals with relation to a k8s platform and DevSecOps a must
• Expertise in a major programming language such as Python or Java, and associated tooling (Git, Maven, IDEs, Jenkins, Bitbucket etc)
• Experience using Container Image Scanning platforms and tooling
• Expertise with DevOps, CI/CD and agile methodology
