What You'll Do as a DevOps Engineer

• The Azure DevOps Engineer will create a polished structure so that Roadmap tools can visualize all the work and related status
• Implementing Azure DevOps technologies and processes.
• Managing project processes and developing templates across various teams.
• Optimizing Azure pipelines for faster and efficient delivery of code.
• Maintaining and enhancing network systems and security.
• Providing technical support and guidance.
• Collaborating with team members to improve system performance.
• Keeping current with industry trends and developments.
• Establishing DevOps Engineer team best practices.

Qualifications

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Specialist or similar role in software development and system management
• Experience standing up Azure DevOps (frontend) from scratch in prior engagements
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in using agile methodologies
• Prior experience coaching teams on leveraging Agile Lifecycle Management tools to organize work and deliver software
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal team members to understand how they are currently utilizing Azure DevOps to formulate an initial assessment
• Coaching on techniques that align with Azure DevOps best practices for organizing work and authoring Product Backlog Items
• Consulting on architecting ADO processes across various teams to support a scaled team approach
• Ongoing involvement with internal teams in the iteration and innovation of how the organization leverages Azure DevOps to support both custom development and COTS implementation projects
