This is a Hybrid role with onsite work required two days per week.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in automating and optimizing our software development and deployment pipeline. The ideal candidate will be experienced in scripting, coding, and collaborating with developers and IT staff to streamline operations. You will also lead efforts to modernize legacy systems into a contemporary architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate and optimize software development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Modernize and migrate legacy systems to updated, scalable solutions.
• Supervise and direct the work of others within the team.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuously improve existing infrastructure and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in scripting and coding (C/C++, Python, Basic).
• Proficiency in database management (SQL).
• Familiarity with automation tools and modern DevOps best practices.
• Experience working with legacy systems and transitioning them to modern architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
