Job summary

Belay Technologies, based in Columbia, Maryland, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to enhance our intel team. This role supports NSA’s modernization effort while focusing on deploying applications and monitoring systems for optimal performance. Candidates will have the opportunity for remote work up to one day per week and must be ready for emergency call-in support.

Job description

Belay Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our intel team. We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer to support TO-005, Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD). Efforts will focus on DevOps engineering of a modernization effort to converge NSA’s authoring, dissemination, and other supporting tools. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 4‑6 weeks). Staff may charge four additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. Up to one day per week of work from home is allowed.

Responsibilities

• Deploying applications
• Installing and configuring complex software
• Managing network servers and technology tools
• Monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance
• Troubleshooting issues and outages

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

Salary Range

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $240,000.00
