Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a DevOps Lead to guide and scale a 15–20 person team across cloud-native delivery. You will own CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and drive security-focused practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor engineers, improve reliability, and collaborate with security and platform teams to deliver robust solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large DevOps teams (15–20 members).
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AzureDevOps).
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience (EKS/AKS/GKE preferred).
• Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform preferred).
• Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps teams (15–20 members) across multiple projects.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and compliance integration throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and foster best practices in automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to optimize performance.
