Job summary

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that enable development teams to ship reliable software efficiently.

You will work across Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, and monitoring, taking ownership of DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support.

Qualifications

• Ten years of systems engineering experience or fifteen with degree substitution.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field; degree substitution allowed.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management and Helm charts.
• Proficiency with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with high-availability deployments across multiple service centers.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and MongoDB.

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team!

As a mid-level DevOps Engineer you will build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that let the development teams ship reliable software efficiently. The work spans Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, containerization, monitoring, and automation, with ownership of DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of systems engineering experience


• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
  
  • An additional five (5) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision


• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management


• Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts for application deployment and configuration


• Experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD pipeline integration


• Infrastructure-as-code and automation experience using Ansible


• Understanding of scalability and high-availability strategies with deployments across multiple service centers, such as availability zones


• Experience with PKI and certificate-based authentication


• Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architecture


• Experience managing Elasticsearch clusters, Logstash pipelines, and Kibana dashboards, with a focus on cluster performance and data ingestion


• Experience supporting systems using MongoDB


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Experience collaborating with software developers, test engineers, and system administrators


• Ability to lead technical discussions and brief both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience developing program review materials


• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
