Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Dallas seeks a seasoned Kubernetes & Cloud Platform Engineer to lead cloud-native platform initiatives. You will design and operate scalable Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS), implement GitOps workflows, and automate infrastructure with IaC tools like Terraform, leveraging ArgoCD and Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD.

Strong focus on observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, plus secure-by-design practices.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Kubernetes and cloud platform engineer with IaC expertise.

Job Description:
Seasoned Kubernetes & Cloud Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, ArgoCD, Harness, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD. Strong hands-on experience in GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes administration, Istio Service Mesh, cloud security, and platform engineering. Proficient in implementing observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, along with Python-based automation for operational efficiency. Experienced in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native environments, leveraging Karpenter, HPA, and automation-driven strategies for performance optimization and cloud cost management. Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD modernization, cloud infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, and enterprise Kubernetes platform support across Banking, Mortgage, and Insurance domains.
