Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Chicago seeks a DevOps/incident response engineer with strong Python, AWS, and scripting skills. The role blends development work with production incident response in a 24x7 environment.

You will work with YAML/JSON, Snowflake or New Relic, and contribute to troubleshooting and automation. A mix of DevOps development and incident backgrounds is ideal.

Qualifications

• AWS experience preferred.
• Python is a must; knowledge of Scala/Java is a plus.
• Snowflake or New Relic experience would be good.
• Proficient with YAML and JSON.

Responsibilities

• 24x7 incident support coverage and mitigation.
• Troubleshoot incidents using AWS, DevOps tools and scripting.
• Work in both development and production environments.
