Job description

We’re seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and automated delivery pipelines. This role requires strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, along with modern CI/CD practices and scripting. You’ll also help lead on‑premises to cloud migrations and partner closely with engineering teams to improve reliability, security, and deployment efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Use Terraform to provision, manage, and scale environments across multiple stages
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications and infrastructure using Jenkins and Bitbucket
• Automate operational processes through scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Lead and support on‑premises to AWS cloud migration initiatives
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve build, release, and deployment workflows
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security; troubleshoot production issues
• Implement best practices for scalability, availability, and cost optimization
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to DevOps standards and improvements

What We’re Looking For (Required)

• 4+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE experience
• Strong, hands‑on Terraform experience (required)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket)
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with on‑prem to cloud migration projects
• Solid understanding of software development practices and SDLC

Nice to Have

• Experience with Chef or other configuration management tools
• Experience with Packer for image creation
• Monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)
• Security best practices and cloud governance experience

This is a remote role with occasional travel to onsite location.
