Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems seeks a DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for engagement kit deployments on AWS, implementing infrastructure-as-code and automation across cloud resources. You will collaborate with architects to optimize deployment, monitoring, and security compliance while supporting mission-critical operations.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain DHS suitability, with on-site work in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, automation, or software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and APIs.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience.

Additional Desires and Considerations

• Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Knowledge of security automation and compliance-as-code.
• Experience supporting operational or mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Background in software development or systems engineering.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification preferred.
