Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required at hire.

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III support for incidents per SLAs/SLOs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and tune system performance to ensure availability and stability.
• Administer and automate Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve incidents and ensure interoperability.
• Design and implement omnichannel engagement systems on OpenShift.
