Job summary

TekCommands Inc is hiring an DevOps / Automation Engineer focused on Azure to design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes automation, migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, and Terraform-driven infrastructure, with Docker/Kubernetes (AKS) for containers.

Onsite positions are available in Middletown, NJ or Dallas, TX, requiring hands-on Azure expertise and strong CI/CD tooling experience to drive scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on in Microsoft Azure (recent experience preferred).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub & GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Lead migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions, including repo and artifact transition with JFrog.
• Architect and deliver cloud infrastructure solutions (cloud/on-prem/hybrid) with automation focus.
• Build scalable DevOps automation frameworks using Terraform.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Drive CI/CD best practices, pipeline standardization, and automation improvements.

DevOps / Automation Engineer (Azure-Focused)

Onsite - Middletown, NJ or Dallas, TX (Locals or Near by Locations Only)

Objective

Identify a DevOps engineer capable of designing and implementing end-to-end CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, with strong emphasis on Azure ecosystem, automation, and migration from ADO to GitHub Actions.

Must Have's:

• Strong recent hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure (preferred over AWS).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools:
  • o Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • o GitHub & GitHub Actions
  • o JFrog Artifactory
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Lead migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub Actions, including repository and artifact transition using JFrog.
• Architect and deliver cloud infrastructure solutions (cloud/on-prem/hybrid) with strong automation orientation.
• Build scalable and reusable DevOps automation frameworks using Terraform.
• Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Drive CI/CD best practices including pipeline standardization, automation, and optimization.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Strong recent hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure (preferred over AWS).
