Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices, and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience.
2. Good knowledge in DevOps, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
3. Ability to contribute to modern delivery pipelines.
4. Platform setup for developers.
5. Resolve platform and AWS services issues.
6. Conduct brownbag sessions.
7. Research and develop new technology.
8. Passion for working on new technology.
9. Good coding skills in any language; Kubernetes is a must; ISTIO and Groovy are preferred.
