Job summary

KP Staffing Irving is hiring quality control inspectors to check, test, and verify customer devices before shipment, ensuring products meet quality standards and are fully working.

The role offers $15 per hour with multiple shifts in a warehouse setting. Prior QC/repair experience is preferred, and candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, work under pressure, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus.
• 0-1 year of quality control or repair experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature changes.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and movement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect devices for missing parts, scratches, damage, and other defects
• Test hardware and software, including Windows and ChromeOS
• Check repair records and documentation for accuracy
• Verify accessories and packaging are complete
• Ensure devices meet quality standards before shipment
• Meet daily inspection goals
• Follow safety and quality procedures
