HP IQ’s Device Experiences team is seeking an Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will contribute to building user‑facing software across Windows devices, joining a diverse team blending software, hardware, and AI to prototype and bring new experiences to life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with designers and engineers, exploring new interaction models, and tackling technical challenges while learning across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java or C++.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to foundational building blocks of our frameworks and create intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to prototype and iterate on new interactions.
• Address challenging technical problems, communicate needs and solutions clearly.
